When Did A Piece Fall Off?
Looking for lost selves, when did a piece fall off? Along the way, when you broke down, what part of you did you forget to pick up as you gathered yourself again? This series of portraiture features a young woman on a journey of retraced steps and discovery. What do we leave behind when coming into ourselves?
The purpose of this shoot was to support a story along with pushing beyond my normal spaces by using a studio and combining my gritty approach in documentary photography with something soft and sensitive in regards to subject and setting.
